Parent Engagement Group

The Georges River Grammar Parent Engagement Group (PEG) exists to strengthen connections between families and the School, fostering a welcoming, engaged and supportive community. The PEG provides opportunities for parents to be involved in the life of the School in ways that are meaningful, flexible and accessible.

The PEG supports community building by encouraging parent participation in school events, volunteering opportunities and key moments across the school year. Through these opportunities, the PEG helps nurture strong relationships between families, staff and students, and supports parents in engaging with their child’s educational journey.

The PEG also serves as a valued channel for communication, feedback and connection within the broader GRG community. Throughout the year, the PEG supports a range of community events, including welcome gatherings for new families and other initiatives that bring our community together.

PEG Meetings are held twice per term and are overseen by our Principal.

All parents and carers are warmly encouraged to be involved in ways that suit their availability and interests. Whether through attending events, offering support behind the scenes, or contributing ideas, every level of engagement is welcomed and valued.
