Georges River Grammar operates three separate Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services for Kindergarten to Year 6 students on the Primary School Campus. They are:
| Before School Care | Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 8:30am |
| After School Care | Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm |
| Vacation Care | Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm (during school holidays) |
Enrolment at OSHC is separate to enrolment at Georges River Grammar. Different fees are charged for each OSHC service and parents can claim the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) if they meet the CCS requirements.
Nutritious meals are provided in OSHC services, they include:

Georges River Grammar OSHC services are approved to operate under the Children (Education and Care Services National Law Application) Act 2010, the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Framework (NQF). OSHC services offer an educational program and practice delivered in accordance with My Time Our Place, the framework for school age care in Australia.
